Who operates this website
Coxen Code LLC operates nicerecap.app. Privacy requests: the contact form at https://nicerecap.app/en/support/.
Contact messages
The contact form uses your email address, optional name, topic, and message to respond to your inquiry. It is not a newsletter subscription. Please do not include sensitive workout or health information.
Spam and duplicate-message protection
Cloudflare stores opaque submission identifiers, keyed hashes, timestamps, and delivery status to limit sending attempts and prevent duplicate messages. These records do not contain your email address or message text. Records older than 48 hours are removed when the next submission is processed; they may remain longer if there are no further submissions.
The launch waitlist
If you opt in, we store your email, phone platform, language, and consent record. Confirm your email before joining. You can withdraw using the link in the confirmation email. Signing up does not create an app account or guarantee beta access.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes anti-spam checks through Turnstile. Resend delivers form and confirmation emails. The Nice Recap waitlist uses Cloudflare D1. These providers process the information needed to operate their services.
Waitlist retention
Unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days since the last request. Confirmed subscriptions are removed 365 days after confirmation. Withdrawal immediately clears personal fields; suppression and token hashes are deleted after 30 days. Daily cleanup applies these intervals. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent through the support form.
Retention and your choices
Contact messages are delivered to our mailbox. A fixed deletion period for correspondence has not yet been set. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form at https://nicerecap.app/en/support/. Service-provider logs and backups follow their own retention schedules.
Minimal measurement
There are no advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts in this website. Hosting and spam-protection providers may process technical connection data. Operational logs must not contain your message, email address, or confirmation tokens.
